1. Purpose and Scope
www.scoreproperties.ca is a real estate marketing platform that connects potential home sellers with real estate investors. Each office of www.scoreproperties.ca is independently owned and operated.
2. User Eligibility
To use our platform:
Sellers must be at least 18 years of age and be the owner (or the owner’s representative) of the property being sold.
Investors interested in acquiring leads must register with ScoreProperties.ca can apply at https://scoreproperties.ca/investors and undergo an interview process.
3. User Obligations
Users must:
Be respectful during interactions with ScoreProperties.ca.
Provide accurate property details. Submission of fake leads or properties not owned or represented by the user is prohibited.
Refrain from posting content that contains derogatory language or any form of false information.
4. Privacy
We collect personal data from sellers, including but not limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers, and property addresses.

5. Intellectual Property
Data submitted by sellers is collected by ScoreProperties.ca and may be shared with third-party real estate investors.
The shared data may be used by investors to offer their real estate services. However, sellers are under no obligation to accept these services.
ScoreProperties.ca is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party investors.
6. Payment and Fees
There are no fees for sellers to request an offer.
Investors may be charged a per lead fee or a service fee. Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, or check.
We do not offer refunds unless an incorrect charge is made.
7. Termination
Sellers do not require an account to use the platform.
Investor accounts may be terminated for reasons including but not limited to abusive behavior, predatory practices, dishonesty, or non-payment.
Upon termination, investors will lose access to the platform and any stored leads.
8. Third-party Services
We may integrate with third-party services, including lead distribution platforms and lead verification services.
SellFast.com is not responsible for the actions or services of third-party platforms.
9. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed according to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our platform should be resolved through arbitration. Users can report any issues by contacting our company phone number or sending a written complaint by mail.
